Accessibility of this site
A catalogue of communication aids that was not itself accessible would be a contradiction. Here is what we have done and what is still missing.
What you get on every page
- Full keyboard navigation, with an always visible focus indicator and a “skip to content” link as the first element.
- Contrast meeting WCAG 2.2 level AA for text and controls, plus a high-contrast theme you can pick from the reading options.
- Three text sizes, independent of browser zoom; the site stays usable at 400% zoom.
- The system preference for reduced motion is respected, and can also be forced from the reading options.
- Touch targets of at least 44×44 pixels, spaced out to reduce mis-taps.
- A consistent heading structure, ARIA landmarks and alternative text on every informative element.
- The interface is available in several languages, correctly declared in the
langattribute so that screen readers pronounce each page properly.
Known limitations
The demonstration product images are generated, decorative figures: they carry no information and are hidden from assistive technology. Some PDF documents linked from the product pages come from external sources and may not be fully accessible: if you need an alternative format, ask and we will prepare one.
